Shock Advice

This is probably a dumb question but I'll ask any way. When I picked up my 1994 disco I was given a set of rear shocks. They have TD5 on them and I was told that they would fit my vehicle. The simple question is will they or won't they???

if defender td5 shocks they will fit the disco 1 if disco td5 they wont as td5 disco has an eye type fitting top and bottom

Thanx James - not too sure if Defender or Disco - will have to check - have just checked them and it looks like I have 1 of each - bug**r
