Seen another series 3 (green, looks newly restored) that overtakes my old s3 diesel van on the a500 between tunstall and j16 on the m6, not sure of the reg, but I would like to say its a very nice motor !!!

Agreed !!! However he does seem to over take me effortlessly when im going as fast as I can, by my reckoning, a petrol or 2/300 tdi in it, my 2.25d has no chance against it!!

Followed an old truck cab job yesterday. Driven by an old boy, I would have liked to know what powered it. All I could do to keep up ! Was just outside Tamworth Staffs.
