series 2 restoration advice

Hi i have just bought a 1966 series 2 to restore, pick her up this saturday,any advice on this model is most welcome, prob be chassie up! i have restored quit a few tractors but not a landrover before, really looking forward to it (more scuffed nuckles) thanks John.

Highly recommend the series 2 forum loads of us saddos on there!

i'll agree with Lynall, for the best and most accurate advice (especially if you're doing a rivet counter rebuild) get yourself over to the S2Club forum, i've just rebuilt a '65 109 but had already been with the club for a couple of years learning from the forum before starting so i'd already learnt a fair bit of the individual differences that came into production over the years

don't forget pictures, the S2C forum like pictures just as much as any other forum
