thats the valley before dafts (seen more come to grief there than dafts )

I have my reasons for not owning one. I'm from Solihull and know a couple of people who work at the factory. I've been round the jungle track, and my parents wedding car was a series 1 that my uncle still owns.

However, with £2,500 budget, and a fear of rust, I ended up with my 50,000 mile 52 plate jimny. I'd like a landrover, but only if I was more mechanically minded, or richer.

And besides, the Jimny does me proud. I like suprising people with it.

Cheers for a great day out guys! Despite the annoying end with a flat tyre and a flat spare and a damaged bonnet and I think now a buggered UJ twas a great day! Lol. Don't think dad was overly impressed but not much worse than last Sundays damage to the roof that he inflicted lol.
Definitely a great set of pics!

GeorgieV8 and Lifechooser; u guys can come again despite the embarrassment of the slitty making it decidedly further than I ever could have imagined lol, I think the claim that it was better than a standard landrover off road might have been a little strong but I'll let you off.

I was also gutted I never got to out do Alex where he got stuck =) but c'est la vie, next time!

I know the Alex is whipped.. but i dont call him my missus!! LOL LOL Hes not really a fan of the whole forum whore thing.. however i am happy to step up to the challenge!!

I am going though them but half the time i cant see the number plate.. or the wheels!! LOL

Found more damage at lunch time :doh: After my slight run in with a tree, some internals dont quite sit where they used to, minor I hope, but get my mechanic on it later

It was yet another brilliant day out,not to much damage,and ithink everyone enjoyed themselves.so just to say thanks to wiltsure landyman and buckshot for a good day.
