hi..need to replace my clutch hydroulic flexi pipe AGAIN.(one that connects slave (via metal pipe) to bellhousing.)

reason being its bulging out..only 2 months old too,but non standard engine comp clutch,so i guess heat from headers and extra pressure needed for cover killing them..

now i want to get stainless braided type made up,but not sure on thread sizes..

one end is bulkhead fixing,male..other bulkhead fixing female.....but what thread..?they are/should be imperial..male end goes to metal pipe that connects to m/c,female goes to metal pipe that goes to s/c..both 3/8unf??not sure..dont want to take mine off as will obviously not be able to go get new pipe!

you could make 1/4 pipe anew with pig tail in it straight from master to slave using original fittings (pig tail is a pipe with a circle bent in it about diameter of bean can to account for movement and vibration, you could leave forever no probs or use your old set up as pattern to get new whilst still been able to drive vehicle

..must be flexi...too much movement of drive train when dumping clutch and 4 wheels spinning..though i dont do that often...
