I never use T-Cut. Tis horrible stuff. I use Farecla (www.farecla.com)
it's far better. You want the G10 extra fine grade, it brings up
older/discoloured paintwork just fine.

I can recommend Farecla too. Even better with a rotary polisher for the
large areas, just go steady.
