I've removed the bench seats from the back of my 90, before they feel out, and am left with some gaping holes, would it be ok to cut the mess out then rivet and Sikaflex some plates over the top or best to go and get someone to weld them up for me. I dont intend to replace the benches in the back.

Ha ha, they're not gaping holes mate. They're just little holes ;)
Rivets and sikaflex will be ok. I cleaned mine down to shiny metal first. Etch primed and painted. Some I stuck with sikaflex some with araldite.

Thanks, I do prefer to do stuff myself if I can and reckon I should be safe with a tube of Sikaflex.
