Rear prop conversion

Hi I'm looking for a bit of advice. I've got a discovery 1 300tdi on a 2" lift. I am wanting to get rid of the rubber donut on the rear prop I know you can change to a defender rear prop and flange for the axle. Dose anyone know what prop I will need. One of a 110 or a 90 also what size spacer is required.

you need a 200tdi disco rear prop

FRC8387 fits early D1s, later D1 V8 and even the early the RRs. + use a four bolt diff flange, my disco’s flange doesn’t have separate spacer.
