Rear Diff Problem?

not if other wheel is going in opposite direction but yes there is a loss of drive through broken half shaft or diff etc if other wheel is stationary on ground
 
Might pay to whip out the drive shafts as they should be one piece items, undo out Bolts and slide out, if both shafts are intact then you know its the diff, of not you will have found the broken shaft already through looking

will have to sort out what type I've got. 3 bolt fixing with rubber coupling.
turning one wheel does turn the other in opposite way, but doesnt move the prop.

hope the weather is ok to get it up on the axle stands to start stripping the axle down on driveway... oh for a Garage :doh:
 
well dont yet ,with both wheels in the air if you turn one wheel the other will go in opposite direction proving diff is working you have to prevent one from turning to get prop to turn didnt you read my earlier post
