range rovers lost drive

hi all hope someone can help ive got a g reg rangerover v8 auto drove home last night all was fine jumped in truck today and ive lost all drive no matter were i position selector any thoughts anyone please
 
Hopefully loss of fluid.
Don't know Classics but if you try starting it in D or R and it refuses to turn over then you can be fairly certain that the selector is working.
