I've had this problem a few times where you go to wash your rear windscreen, the wiper goes but no fluid comes out. Once you've checked that there actually is washer fluid in the reservoir, the next thing I would check is the pipes in the wiper motor aren't gunged up. I've had a few people ask how I do this so thought it might be helpful to have a little guide.

First you want to open the boot and pull off the trim under the spoiler:

Sometimes the little metal clips that hold it in place stay attached to the trim, I find it easier to pull them off and put them back in the bodywork for when we come to put the trim back in.

Next you'll want to remove the spoiler, it's three 13mm bolts along the inside edge. Close the top part of the boot and gently pull the spoiler. Careful though,. there are wires for things so you don't want to pull it far. Once it's come a little way it should just lift up. Place it on the roof of the car, there is no need to undo any of the wires.

Now if you pull the black pipe off the nozzle on the wiper motor you'll and point it in a bucket you'll be able to try the washer jets from the drivers seat. If fluid comes out then great we know the blockage is further along than that, but if there isn't any fluid you might have a pump problem or a leak somewhere else in the system. Neither of these scenarios are covered here.

In order to properly check the pipes are clear you'll need to take the whole wiper blade arm off. To do this, pull the cap on the wiper towards the left of the car as you look at it from the back, this should reveal a 13mm nut which you need to undo and then you can just pull the arm off.

Open the boot again and get a T30 bit and undo the three black screws which hold the wiper motor in place:

Unplug the two wire connectors and take the pipe off if you haven't already. then the motor should just pull out.

The pipe is straight through the motor but annoyingly there is that pesky 90 degree bend right at the start. You might be able to clear the blockage by just poking something long and thin down the hole, I used some earthing cable from 2.5mm twin and earth cable I had laying around. If you can't, or if you can't tell, you can take the cover of the motor off and you can then see straight through the hole. to do this you want to remove the 6 T15 screws:

Then you just poke around until you've cleared the blockage.

Refitting is just the reverse of removal.

Hopefully that helps someone and if I've missed something silly or can help in any way please shout!
