L322 Rear Wiper

Hello,



I have just replaced the wiper cog in my l322 rear wiper motor. The wiper works but stops at 6 o'clock with a slight buzzing sound, if I push it, the wiper runs and stops correctly.



If I pull the wiper off the glass or runs ok'ish... But isn't smooth.



Any thoughts?

Something jamming inside the wipe gearbox? I'd go back into it and double check

The motor spindle runs in a bush not a bearing so if/when the spindle rusts it starts to bind in the bush. The wiper ECU should sense the increased load and turn the motor off until the ignition is cycled off and on.
