yea - the balls are ****part, the bushes are Karsons.

thems the ones, red n yellow boxes? with mine i coated everything in the gods juice(wd40) and tapped them in (making sure it was all clean first) the other way you couls try is stick yer railko in the deepfreeze overnight stick yer ball in the oven to heat it then it should drop right in, its how i do valve guides

yes
that's what I thought too.
fookin Britpart **** again!
and I gotta have the Landy back on the road by Saturday.
think I'll try "easing" the fit a bit with some emery cloth.
try puttin a leading edge on them so they dont have hard corner i bought complete set up as you have they are tight but rest of job is easy and parts seem good quality

If there that friggin tight there's summat up. They should be owt between size fer size or no more than a couple of thou interferance fit no matter who made them, measure the ****ers check em fer being parallel an have a look at the hole there going in fer lumps an stuff.

Done the fookers!
Bushes spent the night in the freezer, balls got well heated up wiv me hot air gun, then under the 12 tonne press and in they went easily.

Thanks fer yer help and suggestions.
