Hello guys am new to the group and would like a bit help I've recently purchased a range rover l322 and it's got a problem with the auto box nothing showing on dash you can drive it when it's freezing cold for about five mins then it stops selecting gears no crunching noises and the (D) for drive on the dash won't change either and it won't select anything (apparently has had gearbox service in the last 30.000miles so half ruled that out but not fully) also has a problem with the suspension too but that shows on the dash and says (air suspention inactive) and it won't do anything ive messed with the button and pump makes a noise but not for long I haven't had it plugged on to diagnostic yet but will tomorrow hopefully and will post codes if there is anything else to try let me no it would be a great help

First rule of range rover faults is make sure the battery and charging system are 100% as they do very weird things if voltage drops
The more info you can give the better, they we know what beast we are talking about.

pixels fading on dash instruments aswell don't think I can see any other things but
Going to give a once over tomorrow and I will let yous no what my findings are thanks
Welcome.
That car has the GM box with a life expectancy of not much more than 80K miles.
When the oil is changed it's very important that the correct oil is used and the filling procedure is not straightforward, so worth checking that there is sufficient oil in there at the correct temperature.
The valve block in the GM box is made of cheese and fails.
The lock up clutch in the torque converter also fails dumping debris into the oil which fecks the gearbox.
Bemble is the man for gearboxes.
