protecting the chassis and paint colour

Hi

A really simple question I hope you might want help me with...I am trying to protect the chassis of my defender-I have commenced with lashings of Rusteze-would you suggest I paint over it with Hammerite or get it Waxoiled?

Also, I want to touch up my hubcaps-they are cream (it's your standard green Td5)-where could I get some paint and what is the name of the colour?

Sorry for being so dense, I really am a total novice with all this!

waxoil the chassis and you could use white hammrite on the wheels

Is waxoil the same as the 'underseal' you can have garages spray underneath?
