I'm trying to get the battery out. There's a white plastic clamp holding it down which is fixed with a 13mm headed bolt. The bolt is just turning, not loosening. I can just about reach the back of the bolt and it feels like it taps into the plastic, there is no nut. Tried a little bit of brute force without any luck. Anyone with a clever idea?

Hi, I had the same problem with mine, its a captivated nut (moulded into the plastic underneath), it is also not a normal hexagonal nut its circular with groves to hold its self in the plastic (difficult to explain but you will see when you get it out). I ended up drilling the head of the bolt off and then removing the clamp.

I then removed the entire tray to get access to the underneath and replaced the circular nut with a conventional hex nut, then re-assembled with a new bolt.

Thanks chaps. I've just finished drilling the head off. A bit awkward to the drill it straight but got through in the end. The tray is out ready to fixed with something better.
