Not quiet sure if it's a phone, but my digital camara has settings in it for instance a3/a4 or even email as to be not too large a file.

so you upload as normal , its all to do with the file size of the piture,
all the large pictures on posts are from camaras

I use both camera and phone . I can't change my phone, but my camera I can change the size of the picture file sizes
