RR 1991 3.9 auto EFI

I have just bought a tow bar complete with drop plate, support arms etc....

The position of the drag arms is obvious and so is the verticle bolts that
go through the drop plate into the rear cross member.

OK, So how do you secure the verticle drop plate bolts into the cross
member? a quick glance shows no access at all to tighten the nuts, what has
to be removed?

I will stress, this is from a quick glance as opposed to taking some time
and carrying out an investigation......

Easy one this, you have remove the rear bumper. This lets you get to the top
of the bolts.
