Play in viscous fan assembly and water leak...

My 2.5 n/a has recently developed a coolant leak which seems to be slowly getting worse. Wiggling the viscous fan assembly (pulley), reveals a fair degree of play, and coolant weeps from the pulley spindle when the engine is running.

Can anyone advise of what parts would likely need replacing and of any special tools required to DIY the repair?

Thanks in advance.

the 3 bolts on left go right through into block and as they surround the water gallery they tend to rust and can seize and snap , a few hammer blows to the heads can help free up if so
