I use 'Aerospace 303 protectant' on the rear window of the TVR and it keeps it nice and supple as well as removing scratches and contaminants.
Its expensive for a tiny bottle but you use is sparingly and my bottle has lasted years.

super resin polish by autoglym works on plastic rear windows too apparently, just in case you have some in the garage.

mothers car polish in the USA has a new product to polish up our head lite cover as most are plastic and turn yellow in time they come out good as new.

Renovo is the stuff - plastic window in a LR soft top is no different to the plastic rear window in a sports car softop, so look at car products which renovate them. I seem to remember the renovo worked a treat when I used it - I think they have before and after pictures in their advertising. The Classic Car magazines usually carry Renovo advertising if you need their details and Google doesn`t help
