Pinstripe removal on modulars

ive got a set of black steel modulars, only they came with this nasty blue/red pinstripe around the edge of the rim

i want to remove it any ideas?

wire brush in angle grinder or get them shot blasted

yeah ive just gone out and done that, i thought they were stick on vynals but on closer inspection they were painted on.
Bit of black hammerite fixed that
