Pedal Locks

Hello

I've just seen this contraption on Paddocks:
Defender RHD Pedal Lock

And I was wondering if anybody knows about any flaws with the design? Also, how exactly does it lock into place?

I canny find the post. Whenever I search or do an advanced search with your user name and the keyword pedal or box for example, it just brings up total bollocks.

dunno what length, but one of these through your steering wheel and wrapped round the brake pedal is a deterant also.

FFS it int difficult is it? It's gotta be wide enough to cover all three pedals. The bottom bit has to go far enough back, that it'll cover the pedals but not hit the footwell. And the front has to come up high enuff to stop anyone from been able to cut the brake pedal in half.

Cheers. Yeah they look quite simple to fabricate - would just need to get hold of some really thick steel. I'd be tempted to make it lock to two pedals too, but that's probably easier said than done.

prob a hour at the most to make, il just go the scrappy and get some 8 or 10mm plate fer pennies. i think ther better off just on the brake pedal , easier to lock on and off quick , yer dunt wanna be buggerin about fer 15 mins down tesco do yer

go for the stering lock the silver not the yellow one its the only lock you can not get a bump key for and if thay get past that then nothing will stop them i have tracker isolater with a real key batt box fixet with secr bolts and cutoffs and lots more you can go mad on this stuf like me dont stop you geting up at every bump in the night but out of the lot the stering lock and the secur box with real key are the best thing thay carnt get power thay got to tow it and that makes them stand out and slow the stering lock stops the operchunist scumbag
