    From what you posted, am I right in thinking if I build up a motor using the block, crank and con rods from a 200tdi and everything else from a 300 tdi, it should be ok? Do you know if the timing case and flywheel housing from the 300 will bolt to the 200 block?

    sorry to contact you like this......just you really helped out last time.

    Got a slight problem with my landie. Leaking oil from the rocker. it started leaking really suddenly so i and seemed to be coming out of the oil fill up cap. This made me think that the head gasket had blown so i wanted to see if there was any pressure from the filler cap.....there wasnt which makes me think that the head gasket hasnt gone. Then i noticed that the coolant reservoir was empty and there was a lot of coolant around the engine but no obvious sign where it leaked from which again makes me think that is an internal leak therefore pointing to the head gasket. Any thoughts?
