running sweet...best its ever run.
I think the original engine was probably on its way out even when I first bought it

good stuff. bought a lump off ebay a fortnight ago for £97, including efi. picked it up on the friday pm and had swapped it and running on sunday pm. have used it to work and back for a fortnight and it purrs apart from a slight water issue (water pump not head gasket,) have fit a good water pump and thermostat this afternoon so will give it a run out tomorrow

Cool!:D

Thats a good price...
I reckon if/when I do another v8 engine change I'll prob do a few things differently, and prob be much quicker at it too...like finding and buying the missing parts for the replacement serp engine was a real pain in the ass

and they modified the rear arches all by themselves...

and its now time to remove my anti roll bar from the rear... well i might as well seein as its detached one side all by itself..

Yeah, they are great for road handling, but a complete waste of time off roading...in fact you'll be better off without!

Good luck with it....forecast is for a bit of rain in the morning but clear in the afternoon & temp is a bit higher than today to;)
