its me and gf going out cos its valentines weekend.

i said to her i was thinking if going and she asked if it was same weekend - i said not sure, but now i know.

i did say to her though that we could go out saturday and then go tong on siunday, cos she likes it there, an shes at uni in leeds which is 5 mins away so i could drop her off after. BUT we'll have to see how it pans out, not sure at this moment!

Jacky, my wife, would like to go too, but she's got cracked ribs (injury at work), so struggles in a car on the road let alone bein jolted around offroading.
My work mate Rob will possibly be along, either in passenger seat of mine, or in something he's bought, depending on if I can convince him to buy a replacement 4x4 sharpish!

Yeah, up until yesterday he had a LWB V6 Frontera. Sold it, bought a fully loaded Omega, and intends to buy a second vehicle for 4x4 off roading or laning.

I think he's seen some of the benefits of Landy ownership ....not least that its a darn site easier and cheaper to find parts and fix when things break. Some of the bits for the V6 Fronty were difficult to source apparently

yeah there are quite a few places to get bits for the landies...

Hopefully now I've done a bit more water proofing work it should last atleast long enough to do more than 10 minutes at Tong on the 13th!!
