I went out to my Rangie this morning to find the sidelights on (switch was in off position) , got in and message said "park light", started it , switched lights on and off but sidelights still on, I used my Nanocom to turn them off, then tried the switch and they turned on and off OK , so far they've stayed off. Anyone any idea what could have caused this?

Damp in the BECM more that likely.

Cheers for the reply Wammers, I dont think thats the reason as its all dry, has been for the 2 yrs I've owned it unless, previous moisture damage is now affecting it.

The lights are controlled by the BECM so if it's not damp then it might be time to acquaint yourself with Rick-the-Pick.

Thanks for your input chaps, I've just been outside, cos they were on again got the Nanocom out, shut the glovebox and they went off, loose connection maybe, I wont be getting much sleep tonight, I'll be looking out the window every hour!
Thanks again, Andy.
