P38 Ignition problem..please help!!!

I have had several probs with my LPG/Petrol RR. (P reg) 4.6. 'J the Range' was fab with his help in the summer, all has been well until....Tues eve went to get LPG, none at the pump! I had about 2gs of Unleaded in but went to put £30 in so rolled forward, filled up. Car would not start, ended up being put on low loader and £400+ later car ok again.
Drove it home (6 miles) careful not to use much power. Went out later to drive again it won't start. Battery has been charged, will not start, can lock/ unlock on the fob. Have done EKC. All 'Set' messages come up but nothing happens when key is turned.

Have left (sure I followed the correct procedure) tried again still nothing. Any ideas you lovely lot? Thanks ever so. R

Sounds like you've lost sync between BECM and engine ECU - when you turn ignition on red Check Engine should illuminate for a couple of seconds, it it's not then deffo need a syncmate to get the two back in sync!

Hi Just checked. The 'check engine light' isn't on. How do I get a syncmate done? Could you explain what one is? Thanks ever so for your help so far. R.

There may be someone on here local to you that has one and able/willing to help, otherwise you'll have to get one. BBS sell them, and always a few on fleebay.
Make sure you get the right one, i.e. for P38 Petrol......weesel won't work!

Is there anyone in or around Kings Lynn, Norfolk that might have a 'Syncmate' that may be able to help.
