Hi here's one for the experts I have a 1995 P38 with the usual p38 bumper with square fog lights. Great I found this pic of a 1996 p38 with a very similar style bumper to mine except it has round fog lights instead. CAN anyone tell from this pic what model range rover this is off so I could locate one. I've looked at all the usual suspects but none look the same. This is so alike in style to the original just round fogs. I appreciate any help thanks

The bumper is a hatchet job. A P38 top half spiced with what appears to be a L322 middle third.

In a perfect world, where space and money were not as sparse as they are...

I would have:

A Classic - Because they are still the most classy of all the Range Rovers and still turn heads - especaily a well maintained V8 that just purrs...

A P38 - Because once I had one, I couldn't get them off my mind, and they just have something....can't call it a soul as that belongs to the Classic, but they are an evolution on an already awesome vehicle

An L322 - Because they are simply (to me) the ulitmate version of an already sublime vehicle....as I have mentioned before I am a BMW 7'er fan and a dyed-in-the-wool Range Rover fanatic....the L322 combines both my vehicular loves....there is no better combination

But we don't live in a perfect world unfortunatly so I have choosen my vehicle, the L322....would I go back to a P38....no...but in a perfect world I would have one and a Classic to boot..!!!!
 
Good words from the Saint!
If i could ever warrant owning 2 Rangies i'd love a Classic (old boyhood fantasy). If i could of found a good one when looking i would have been tempted. Saw a pretty good example vogue se yesterday while walking the dogs, the missus cant see what i see in them though :(
