hi gents need help my 95 p38 rr runs slow on fan motors but speeds up on auto screen clearing as for defrosting. no air con working but fitted .displays book in lower right corner of screen . both motors run checked looked in pollen covers . i don t get any joy when i turn speed control round fast or slow . and don t show the speed bares at top of screen at all . did find a bit of sponge on drivers side fan , removed . got another post on auto box pls look u may help on that to . many thanks new member

The fan speed is automatic depending the on the climate settings and temps when set to Auto.
If the fan doesnt speed up on manual turning of the dial.....I would say the fan speed selector dial is duff...this is apparently fairly common!

Some have had luck cleaning he rotary dial...but simplier to replace the unit....cheap enough too from the bay full of E
