p38 heater controls

hello i looking for some help as my heater controls will not change position in man and in auto just heats the screen . it was working before xmas but the old girl been standing about on a street corner and now will not play

Any symbols up on the Hevac like a notebook?. If so could be the blend motor(s) gone.

You'll find in this weather most of the air goes up to the screen anyway on auto. Do you have full climate control with the rocker heater controls i.e. press top arrow for heat, bottom arrow for cold or rotary knobs for heat? Are you meaning no response from the buttons along the bottom for air distribution? Blender motors are prone to failure - they control heat and air distibution and can stick in one position.
