 The head liner in my P38 has started to come away from the roof.Tried lots of sites online, all that comes back is"fasteners". Is there anyone out there who can maybe point me in the right direction??? Feel like I've been banging my head against a brick wall.:frusty: Be gatefull for any help. Thanks

Welcome to LandyZone, nice to see that you've introduced yourself in the appropriate section and given us a clue where you live.

I hate to be the one to say, 'do a search', but this was a topic well covered on here a couple of months ago.
Otherwise you could just replace the whole thing with one from a specialist breaker but as I don't know where in the couintry, or even in the world, that you are I can't suggest one.

I was playing with the idea of useing a sringe or simalar to squize glue between the fabric and the board
But i have no clue aboue what glue to use because it would needs to be thin enoght to go through the neadle, thick enough not to soak the fabric (cos it would show through) and strong enough to hold it up even in high temps

Thanks everyone whoes replied, I know that somewhere in the UK, there is a supplier of replacement "Headliners". I don't think glue is an option as I want to do a proper and more pernement job. Also, I am new at this "online" stuff so I am probably missing a lot. I have even tried Mike & Ed (Wheeler Dealers), as I remember they managed to get a replacement Headliner for their P38. No answer, so as I stated in original plea: HELP

That doesn't work mate. It's the orange foam between the shell and the fabric that goes in parts so it doesn't glue.

Or there's a how to surprisingly in the "How To" section, and you can DIY for next to nothing, its a good guide..... I wrote it... so it must be good!!!

My headlining is sagging, in fact hanging completely off after some leak investigations.....
I plan to re-line it myself using your rather excellent "How to".

Cheers
