Is it just me or does anybody else rekon £45 for a dash panel (not including postage) in this condition is a bit steep?

I couldn't work out if it wuz me being fussy or if it wuz priced a bit on the high side for its condition. It's the main piece I need but my landy is currently driveable albeit with switches and wiring hanging out all over the place. Sometimes dash panels clean up luverly, other times they look ****e no matter how much you try. Until I have everything I need I am not gonna crack on with the dash anyway. (there is no point in keep taking bits off and then putting em back on again). I rekon I might hang it out for a bit to see if a better one crops up.

Cheers for the tip-off Sean and Redhand. I now heave a set of heated seats.

I just gotta sort out collection ......might be a job for the landyzone courier service.

Hi all. I have been searching fleabay for parts to replace the theft and fire damage to my 1997 300 TDI Defender 110 but some of them seem to be a bit scarce at the moment and others are going for silly money.

The prices of the parts new are stupidly extortionate so I was wondering if any of you have any of the following hanging around that you might want to get shot of.......

Also If you see any of it come up on ebay at a reasonable price or know of a mate that is getting shot of it can you let me know.

Any dash board parts/panels ( I literally need all of it)
Any switches/stalks. (lights, indicators, wipers, hazards, rear screen demister, fog light)
Drivers door card
Both front seats
Wiper motor
Heater motor
Drivers side A pillar trim.
Internal fuse box
Drivers door seal
Door trim clips
Window winder handle+bezel
Back door handle

If I think of anything else I will add it to the list.

a pair of heated front seats
upper ignition cowling
lower ignition cowling
Instrument surround
window winder and bezel

them seat wur a bit of a steal was tempted meself but they'd be look a mess within minutes of being in mine

has you crossed that struments panel orf yer list yet ? - it's complete bar the right hand guage, which is often blanked anyways

yep. I have crossed the instrument surround off cheers sean. I am watching some wiper motors on ebay at the moment and am still looking for the main lower dash which is proving to be the problem part. If I get a job near to Glastonbury or Mells I will try an pop into Colin whites or Landrovers uk. At least I will get a choice there.

Yeah cheers Sean. I have paid for them, I just have to arrange to get them. The guy said he'd hold em for me for as long as I want. Craddocks are rip off merchants on a lot of their secondhand parts. They do have a lower dash going cheap at the moment so I am keeping an eye on it.
