What's the best and cheapest way to flush out the mayo oil from my disco td5 after the head gasket had gone. Still in process of rebuilding as waiting for a elring gasket.

just use oil and change after engines got hot then refill with fresh,dont put anything else in

In my passed experience from my BMC days it was only to be found in the rocker cover, we just removed it and cleaned it with Gunk, a regular once a year job iirc.
