changing my suspension back to standard and that Russian microcat doesn’t work. Can anyone tell me what size nuts I need for the upper rear shock mounts and also the rear nuts for the rear trailing arms? Pics attached, 2000 TD5 Defender 90
Thank you

For long term benefit you’re better off buying a selection of nuts in all sizes, both nyloc and standard.
I think the nuts you need are M10 or M12, but just get a selection and you’ll be fine.

I bought a SS nut/bolt kit for the rear shocks. The nuts I received were metric, but my threads are imperial. I would suggest trying your best to measure them or get them off without breaking them.

The front of the trailing arms, I think, are M20. The bolts through the trailing arms should be M16.

I got two new brackets as the old ones were the terrafirma ones, the top nuts are M12 one side is fine the other the M12 nut wouldn’t go on. I’m wondering if it’s a faulty bracket although I’d had thought that’s fairly unlikely.
