No power to Ciggerette charger and radio

Accidently shorted my the wires to my ciggerette charger yesterday and that died as well as the radio.

Checked the fuses on the panel in front of the gearstick and they're fine but there's no 12 power to the fuse now either.

Wondering is there a second fuse or a rely somwhere that gives power to theses? Everything else works as normal.

Do your hazards work?
My book of worms says that they both have pink wires and share the same fuse ...
Otherwise it would appear that you've burnt your wire out - probably at a joint.

DaveM-sport, depends on year but on my 02 it is fuse 16 and or 17!

Yea, 16 and 17 for me too. It's a '03. Hazards and everything else works fine.

Just no power to fuse 16 and 17. Have power to all the others and everything in the fuse box under the seat

try the under drivers seat fuses

Somebody in the Defenders past had chopped the wires off the feeds for the fuses behind the panel and hidden a new online fuse for the radio and 12v power behind it!

Working now
