No clutch

Heelp.. Just purchaced a 2000 (W) Disco2 V8I but there doesnt appear to be much press on the clutch pedal, also when fully depressed, 1st selected theres no drive/pull.. anyone any similar issues or possibilities with possible costings?? guy who i bought from advised me of problem but said it could be slave/master system?

could be clutch fork gone thru

if you do have clutch but no drive could be a diff or halfshaft

try selecting difflock(if u have it) and then try 1st again and see if you get drive
