Newbie wanting to get involved

Hi all

Well I'd like to get a nice resposible green laneing trip together in south yorkshire / north derbyshire some time in december or early january. Ok I don't know many green lanes at all well 3 to be precise as am fairly new to this part of the hobby so if someone would like to volonter to help me with routes etc it would be much appreciated. I am also very willing to learn from the much more experanced members of this site but as I say am only asking for a little help I am more than prepared to do most of the leg work.

So if n e one itrested let me know please and lets have some xmas fun !!!!

also which are the best 4x4 clubs to join in my area

I'd be interested, but at the mo' I'm not doing any laning or indeed anything that might bump me about (see the Church Stretton thread for why) but would be up for it after January/February maybe.

Could probably do some tame (like farmers tracks) lanes around Maltby/Doncaster/Bawtry sometime if you like, show you the ropes sorta thing ... I know them well and know they won't cause me any further issues ..

I'm currently not in any clubs so can't really recommend any.
