hi guys
,not as yet got a landy, just out of interest can you please tell me if disco is in 4x4 all the time,or is only for off road use only.

Looked at terranos too,but then can only be selected into 4x4 when muddy or in the snow..

sorry ian such a newbe haven got a clue..

Depends what year you want. Disco 3's are great (I'd say ours is better than a disco 4) but obviously they're expensive. 1 and 2's are relatively cheap and it's not hard to find a good one. Make sure it hasn't been off road and do a search in the discovery section to find out what to look out for.

Mine has been off road and spent a day traveling green lanes yesterday but I maintain it well and spend loads of money keeping it good, so don't be put off if the owner has enjoyed his landrover.

Full time, although saying that my dad has put me on the job of lookin for another maveric/terrano to replace the farm slag, as she's broke a spring cup, he says it's cheaper than finding a new v8 short block ATM lovely gutsy little things quicker than a landy but the front subframe sucks cock for ground clearance lol

chelsea tractors will be better than a farm hack anyday surely?

depends on who has owned it, i would take my cousins V8 that gets offroaded nearly everyday over one thats done the school run any day of the week!

it may have no service history but has never wanted for repairs or servicing, plus it comes with loads of trick toys
