Name/part number of galvanized body mount fuel filler?

What is the name and or part number for the galvanized piece that is riveted on body panel that the fuel filler assembly goes through? And are the 'handed' as in come in a left hand and right hand version?

I have looked everywhere I can think of but can't find them listed. I need one for the LHS for my 72' SIII LHD, I am rebuilding, as I'm going to mount a LH fuel tank under seat like the one on the right. I can find the outrigger, tank and all the other bits, but I'll be darned if I can find any mention on the galvy fitting!

Thanks so much guys. I felt a bit silly having to as such a basic question.
I knew it was out there, I just couldn't help for the life of me figure out the name of the piece & nothing showed up looking for one because I wasn't using the right name for the part.
