Mysterious radiator

Hi all , got a question , my td5 90 2004 has a radiator in front of the big one, what does it do,
Is it for the gearbox oil, and if so do the pipes feeding it route down left hand side of the motor when you're looking from the front. I can't find any reference to it.
I have a leak on the floor under where the back of the rocker cover seal leeks , changed that, and it's roughly in the same position on the floor at the back of the motor, it's
clean oil , diesel or gearbox oil? It doesn't smell like diesel, so I'm thinking it must be gearbox oil.
Can anybody give a suggestion please. and point me in the direction of the source.

Intercooler, cools the air going into the engine, google or youtube for better explanation.

It's clean oil, but what colour is it?
When did you last have the engine and gearbox oil changed?
 
There is a half moon seal at the rear of the rocker cover gasket on a TD5, it is often the source of leaks at the back of the engine if it has not seated correctly.

At the last service 18 months, and to colour it looks and feels like diesel, viscosity feels about the same, but I can't get any smell of it like I would expect.

I'm beginning to think along those likes to, but where is it, I don't know what it would look like, when I did the rocker cover last year my oil leak went from dirty oil to clean what ever this leak is

If it's gone 'clean' then you've obviously sorted the engine oil leak from the rocker.
AFT gearbox oil is a pinky colour and I'm pretty sure EP90 is usually a straw colour.
 
Pressure regulator is on the drivers side of the block under inlet manifold, bulk end of block,
Tried to attach photo and YouTube link but for some reason it is saying I am not Allowed, anyone else having this problem. ?
