Cutting out the holes for the rear mounts:
It got a bit hot!
And then (click the pic).....
Tacking on the wheel carrier nuts so i can take it on and off with ease:
Sacrificing the expensive shelving:
At midnight Mike starts turning into a smurf!

Mike just needs to make a stopper for the back, and a trap for the front.

No not at all....
Today was mostly sealing day. Seam Sealer and Schutz!
Until we found more rust!
So off it came:
And new bit going in:
