Hi mikeyT, I've been reading your thread on LED spot/flood lights with great interest as I would like to put some extra lights on my 90, however I'd rather make my own LED lights if its going to be similar cost to buying halogen.. However it's been years since I did electronics or the like with LED and wondered if you have any recommendations?
I'm not really looking at your mega 100w bulbs because as yet don't have any split charge type system (if needed??) or super battery to handle the load perhaps 4 x 30 - 50W for the roof?

Do you have any recommendations for cree LEDs/lense/drivers??
I can get a housing machined at work but have to think about ways to viton o-ring/ waterproof it?

Ah those can be a right pain in the ass well next time if you have any problems I have the correct puller for it, some just will not come out without heat tho

Sorry i meant the Rear Diff pinion, the seals knackered and an easy out snapped when trying to get out a previous failed attempt threaded rod.
Had to cut it off and replace.
