Just purchased a reg number for George, K44 DOO :D

See, my disco business is called Candoo Disco's, but it got shortened to Candoo, the simply Doo by friends.

I wanted to wait and see if they shortened it further to . but that hasn't happened and besides, DVLA won't let me have that particular plate :p

Anyway, two fifty quid to become a full fledged private number toss pot :D:eek::oops::rolleyes:o_O:confused:;):D
 
Mine has a Northern Ireland (I think) plate from a previous owner. I asked why when I bought it and the response was "to hide the age". WTF? Who cares? Isn't it a bit obvious anyway?

Never really understood the appeal of a private plate. Guess it makes you more memorable to the police and so forth. Or makes sense if it is for business.
