I only ever go around 55-60ish on motorways, not that the old girl will go any faster!

HAVE THEM BRAKE TESTED What price do you put on yer family??

drive along an emptey road and push the peddel in the middle to the floor and see haw long it takes to stop. do this in the wet and dry and deside if you can stop in a hurrey.

thank`s chaps for your replies/suggestions think we got a bit at crossed purposes, when i said a bit dodgy in the wet i was refering to need to plan your braking due to the aggresive tread pattern less rubber on the road as opposed to ATtyres any whey cheers

Hi Spiderpig, you obviously understand the limitations of your tyres, so just keep that knowledge with you at all times and

Have a GREAT trip. Remember, scottish mosquitoes are the size of a small family car :D :D

Cheers
Dave
