Adoo chaps, my clutch pedal has gone very low and im told you cant bleed them, is this the case, if you fit a new master cylinder surly it would need bleeding.:confused:

it's a sealed sytem so won't need bleeding.

my guess is your slave cylinder has slipped on it's mounts and just requires utching back ;)
 
You can bleed them. There is a bleed valve on the slave. Same principal as brakes, nipple open, pedal down, close nipple, pedal up and repeat until no more air.
Did it go suddenly or over time? Could be the fork punched through :(

If it's a 1.8 or L series, it's a sealed cassette system. The whole assembly is a sealed unit. ;)

you can bleed it and m/c is replaceable its has a join above gear box you have to push collets in then pull pipe out, if its leaking fluid out of bell housing youll need slave as well but means gear box out,usually if slaves good after fitting master a couple of pumps should see it bled without touching bleed nipple
