Calling on LZ members that may live on or be visiting the Isle of Wight at the beginning of december. If yer interested in meeting up then stick yer name on this thread. The exact date is still to be arranged but is thought to be around about the 5th of december.

i can safly say im not, i dont have webbed feet for a start lol

I want to move over there but need to sort out a job first. As you know they are hard to come by. I have a cunning plan but it means waiting for at least 2 years.

cool, whats the plan then or is it a hush hush thing?

jobs are hard to find, i have a seasonl 1 but nov to march i dont, so makes taking the landy out alot harder

Not really. I need to pay off a bit of my mortgage and a loan and while doing that I wanna try and get a job with a national breakdown organisation and then transfer from where I am at the moment onto the island. Either that or get a job with one of the recovery companies on the island. There are only 2 that I know of.

Yep. DH price in sandown. The other one is James Garage in Newport.

thats them but there in lake not sandown, 2 mins from where i live lol, which was good as had no MOT or ins when i had to take it there lol

yeah yer right. They're just off the newport road and on the same estate as the 2 tyre garages if I remember rightly.....just up the road from morrisons

thats it, well thats part of lake but as its on the outter edge of lake and shanklin they some ppl say sandown lol

well i better get off here and sleep as lots to do tomorrow and lots of money for my landy to drink as its fill up day.
