LRM land rover max moved to stoneleigh in august bank holiday?

lrm website showing that the land rover max show is now at stoneleigh warwickshire on aug bank holiday weekend! anybody know why? makes a lot of sense not to try and run 2 shows on same weekend as billing but why the change all of a sudden? as they were taking bookings for newark? somethings gone on

Possibly they have pulled a fast one and let LRO commit themselves to Billing on that weekend then pulled out of Newark sharpish and chnaged weekends to prevent LRO having billing on the same weekend again. Or their new sponsors might have an interest in stoneleigh. & they are getting the place for less than newark.

stoneleigh used to have the town and country on that weekend and until recent years when the show went downhill was well supported in numbers,so in my opinion this might turn out to be a shrude move as its a very central venue which i think the land rover community will give it a go and also i think day trippers will turn out too as land rover is a HUGE name in that part of the country and i think they will want to come and see what its all about :5bparty:

i went to the newark show last year and really enjoyed it , am looking forward to this years show even though its been moved lol always good to meet up with my landy pals .
