Hi Ash,

Good to meet you too, and of course I can only recommend a trip like that :D Now it's time to start thinking about the next one :p All seven parts of the movie are now on youtube. (youtube Leroy the Land Rover)

Watched all seven now and looks fun will have to have a chat next time we meet....:):)

wow what an amazing read and great pics as well. Im planning a trip across Australia in my 1990 RR Classic... from Melbourne to Adelaide, to Perth up the West Coast, Broome, across to Darwin then down the Stuart Highway through Alice Springs to Adelaide and back to Melbourne. The Rangie is currently at the garage getting + 2inch Old Man Emu springs n dampers fitted, as well as castor correction bushes, and a new set of steel rims and 265/70 R16 BFG A/Ts. Exciting times. But when I come back to the UK I will definitely have to do Africa in my 110.

It's been so long I can't remember where I got anything, but I found it all through Google.

Google Olaf Morocco map for the map.

You will also need to Google how to make mapsource work for free (If you did not get a full version with your GPS) There was a bit of Mac Gyvering involved to get it to work.

If you want my garmin route just PM me your email address and I'll send you my route (which basically is just a collection of all Chris Scotts best pistes) and my planning spreadsheets which have a day to day itinery..

Olaf's link is on my links page (website below).

It works really really well. I would say support T4A but to be honest, the free map is a lot better even if T4As map is only £3.

If anyone is looking for the video's from the links posted early in this thread, they aren't there anymore. They had 8000 views and now it matters about the copyright :p anyway had to reload them without the songs, and because I don't have the original clips anymore, that means all the background sounds are gone from where the songs have been removed.

so now they are here BoogerUK's Channel - YouTube

and if anyone wants the original, get in touch..
