locked out of EKA alrm disable

Hi, my key died yesterday,new one ordered,
used the eka,1 beep enter, did all the key inputs got the 2 beeps, drove home, tried it again at home , great no problems, left the ignition on ,went inside, came out battery was flat, recharged it, now it will not accept the code any more,getting only one beep at the end of the sequence, anybody able to help me? I know a land rover dealership may be able to fix it. Hez 07.

Have you tried starting it without entering the eka code?
when I had problems and used the eka code it disabled the alarm and immobiliser and I could start it on the key everytime and I didn't need to leave the key in or the ignition on I just locked and unlocked the car with the key not the fob , but obviously there was no security.
The eka code remained valid until I used the fob which reactivated the alarm and immobiliser.
I didn't have any battery probs though
