I can see this going Pete tong for me....My Doris is driving the tratter with 2 kids I'm driving the LHD camper with 2 more kids and a sat nav, hope we don't get separated cos I'll never see her again if she has to follow signs n stuff.
If anyone spots an orangey 110 being driven by a crying woman looking lost just guide her in someone....
And tell her I still love her and didn't mean to go through the lights/enter the round a bout/pull out of the junction when she didn't have a hope in hell of following me...
Do you have a CB in the 110? If we can agree on a channel that could be a good fall - back. If all else fails I'd be happy to pa you my phone number for an emergency, although I'm not a local.

I was joking! can't find/be arsed to use smilies..
It's me dry sense of humour.
I'm a bloke, I never get lost not completely lost anyways.
Doris is bakeing her special Bickies tomorrow!!
For auction/raffle:D:D
Oohh, found 'em.

Honest it's easy - especially if you're coming down the M6. It's one left turn at top of slip road, straight to roundabout and then second exit straight on - drive for about a mile then turn left at signpost to Stanford hall and it's straight along a country road till you reach it .

It's got diversion signs and brown tourist signs leading you straight there plus our homemade signs nearer to the site
I would have agreed with you until you said drive about a mile and turn left I would say you turn right to Stanford hall ?

Hi all, tickets all booked up for 4 of us in the disco, just wondering whether it's alright to come up on the Friday eve or just the sat morning, cheers
Ryno (and curly haired jamie)

you can come on Friday, we will be there by midday setting everything up

A few will be there early helping the setting up, a few will arrive later to argue they've done it wrong, a few more a bit later to flounce off and set their own tents up and ignore everyone, and yet more will arrive in the dark, fall over the early birds and moan they haven't got 'last years pitch', but by the evening we'll mostly be having a beer or three together and laughing at each others poor dancing skills ... ;)

Or similar ...

Arrive sometime friday afternoon/evening onwards .... leave late Sunday/early Monday .. ish ...

We've all got the Friday off work
Was going to go pigeon shooting in the morning and get there for about 2_3 ish
If we are there early would we be ok to get on site
Don't mind doing a few jobs if needed

We should be along with the D2 and big trailer on Friday afternoon, Philip should be along with D2 and Sankey conversion, Rob's Fender may not be mobile in time so may use company van. Tickets bought ages ago.

Philip is recording music for the marquee right now, we have three prizes for the raffles to bring, Rob has the big tent/marquee thing to bring along and I'll have the Ruston diesel in the back of the trailer to run up during the show.

Peter
